His name is Walky, and he has a Nachitos(tm) problem.
Nachitos(tm) are a brand of chips distributed in the Walkyverse. First seen in Roomies!, they gained prominence as Walky's primary source of food.
Over the years, there have been a number of story arcs in It's Walky! based on events either caused by Nachitos or focusing entirely on the chips themselves. The latter usually involves Walky's eating of them and the hazards it causes to his health. At one point, he ate about 100 servings a day due to the fact that Nachitos give "1% of the daily allowance of protein, vitamin C..."
